Terms of Purchase for
The Millionaire Mother Homecoming 2026 Retreat
By checking the box next to this Terms and Conditions, and clicking the “Purchase” button, you (“Client”) agree to the following legally binding Agreement with Cait Scudder International, LLC, a Maine Limited Liability Company DBA The Millionaire Mother (“Company”).
PURPOSE
This Agreement outlines the terms for participation in the Homecoming Retreat (“Retreat”) taking place September 18–20, 2026 at Windhambrae, a private residence in Windham, Maine.
RETREAT INCLUSIONS
• Two (2) dinners, two (2) breakfasts, one (1) lunch, and healthy snacks
• In-person group coaching sessions
• Movement experiences, rituals, and workshops
• Additional programming or activities at Company discretion
Client is responsible for all travel, lodging, and personal expenses.
PAYMENT TERMS
• Full price: $3,333 USD (unless otherwise stated at checkout)
• Payment plan: $597 USD/month for six months (unless otherwise stated at checkout)
Client agrees to pay the amount selected at checkout, including any promotional or early bird pricing, which is governed by the same terms outlined in this Agreement.
All payments are final. Client acknowledges that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All payments are non-transferable.
If Client cancels with 30+ days notice, any credits toward another offer are issued solely at the Company’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback, Client agrees to be responsible for all associated fees and to reimburse the Company for the full disputed amount, including any administrative or legal costs incurred.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Client acknowledges participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Physical injury from movement, activities, or environment
• Slips, falls, or accidents on property (stairs, terrain, weather, etc.)
• Emotional or psychological responses to coaching or group experiences
• Food-related reactions or allergies
• Travel-related risks
Client voluntarily assumes all such risks.
LIABILITY WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client releases and holds harmless the Company, Cait Scudder, Windhambrae LLC, and all affiliates from any and all claims, including those arising from alleged negligence.
INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and all associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, including claims based on negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PRIVATE PROPERTY & PREMISES
Client acknowledges the Retreat takes place at a private residence and not a commercial venue, and may present conditions typical of a private home. Client agrees to:
• Respect all property rules and boundaries
• Use facilities responsibly
• Assume all risks associated with the property, including terrain, structures, and natural elements
Client is financially responsible for any damage caused to the property.
CLIENT CONDUCT & REMOVAL
Client agrees to behave respectfully and safely. Company reserves the right to remove any Client, without refund or credit, if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates this Agreement.
HEALTH & MEDICAL
Client must disclose any medical conditions in advance. Client is responsible for their own health and any medical treatment costs.
ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES
Client assumes full responsibility for any consumption of alcohol or substances and releases Company from any related liability.
TRAVEL & INSURANCE
Client is solely responsible for travel arrangements and is strongly encouraged to obtain travel and health insurance. Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses.
DISCLAIMERS
Company is not acting as a doctor, therapist, attorney, or financial advisor. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
Client acknowledges that they are not relying on any representations, guarantees, or statements other than those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials remain property of Company and may not be shared or distributed without permission.
MEDIA RELEASE
Client consents to photography and use of media for promotional purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client. Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
FORCE MAJEURE
Company is not liable for events beyond its control and may reschedule if necessary.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Portland, Maine within 90 days.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Client agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties.
