Cait Scudder International LLC d/b/a The Millionaire Mother™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy online. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our websites — including themillionairemother.com — and through our email, advertising, and SMS programs; how we use that data; and what rights you have.

By accessing or using our sites, forms, ads, or mobile messaging program (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to this Policy.

We act as the data controller for purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and comply with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state consumer-privacy acts (California CPRA, Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, etc.).


2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide or that is automatically collected when you interact with our Services. This may include:

  • Payment Data: billing and transaction information processed securely by our payment processors.

  • Mobile Data: mobile phone number, opt-in timestamp, message preferences, device type, and carrier information if you join our SMS program.

4. SMS / Mobile Messaging Program

We offer an optional SMS and mobile messaging program (“SMS Program”) for subscribers who choose to receive text messages from The Millionaire Mother™.

Opt-In Consent. By submitting your mobile number through our website, lead form, ad, or other enrollment method and affirmatively checking the consent box, you provide express written consent to receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from The Millionaire Mother™ at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency. You may receive up to eight (8) messages per month, though frequency may vary.

Message & Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Opt-Out & Help. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. To receive help, reply HELP or email support@themillionairemother.com. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Data Use & Retention. We store your mobile number, opt-in status, and message logs to maintain compliance with the TCPA and carrier rules. We retain this data while you remain subscribed and for up to three (3) years thereafter, or as required by law.

Compliance. We adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and the 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) application-to-person (A2P) requirements. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with unrelated third parties.

Age Restriction. The SMS Program is intended for U.S. residents 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from minors.


5. Marketing & Advertising

With your consent or our legitimate interest, we may use your information to send newsletters, promotions, and event invitations by email or SMS and to display targeted advertising on social or search platforms. You can opt out of email marketing at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in each email or by contacting us.


6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, Facebook pixels, and similar tools to personalize content, remember preferences, and analyze performance. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit site functionality. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.


7. Sharing Your Information

We share personal data only with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business — for example:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

  • Email & SMS providers (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive)

  • Website hosting, analytics, and advertising partners

In the event of a data breach that may affect you, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law. Upon request or opt-out, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, subject to record-keeping requirements.

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries. Where we transfer personal data outside the EU or EEA, we use approved mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) to ensure adequate protection.


11. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or market to children under 13 years of age (18 for SMS marketing). If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
