Do I need to be a MotherHub member first?
Yes. An active MotherHub membership is a condition of the Expert Network and is purchased separately.
What does the application involve?
A short written form about your business, your category, and your offer. The team reviews every application. If approved, you receive an invitation with checkout and onboarding details.
What is the Village Perk?
Your Village Perk is the special offer you bring to the table of the wider MotherHub community. Think of it as the sample that provides value and serves as the strategic inroad to your business ecosystem. Whether that’s an exclusive discount off a signature product or service, a free consultation call, or a high-value free product (with a funnel on the back end to your signature offer), your Village Perk is designed to be a high-value contribution to MotherHub members while serving your business growth. Every Expert supplies one.
Is the reception included in the fee?
The reception is a private Expert Network gathering held inside MotherHub Live, October 1–3, 2027. Attending requires a MotherHub Live ticket, sold separately. Travel and accommodation are your own.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, twelve payments of $399. It is a payment schedule on a twelve-month commitment, not a month-to-month membership. All twelve payments are due regardless of participation.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You will receive written notice at least thirty days before your term ends with the renewal terms then in effect, and you choose whether to continue.
What is the refund policy?
All Expert Network sales are final. Because your listing page and Directory listing go live on purchase, refunds are not available.
What happens to my page and badge at the end of the term?
The listing page, Directory listings, Rolodex mark, and badge rights are active for your twelve months. If you do not renew, they come down and the badge is retired from your materials.
