Let’s talk AI.
Not from the tech bro corner of the internet. But from the lens of a mother, a business owner, and a woman living at the intersection of legacy and leadership.
I’ve been deep in conversation with many of you lately—some of you are crushing it with AI in your biz. Others are overwhelmed, skeptical, or straight-up avoiding it because you don’t have space to learn one more thing.
Totally get it. This isn’t just about productivity hacks—it’s about humanity, legacy, and who we’re becoming.
AI Isn’t Replacing Us—It’s Reflecting Us
Here’s the truth: AI is here. It’s evolving fast. And it’s not going away.
So the question becomes: how do we want to relate to it?
For me, AI isn’t a replacement. It’s a mirror. It multiplies what I bring to the table. It doesn’t steal my creativity—it scaffolds it. It doesn’t replace motherhood—it helps me be more present inside of it.
Because here’s the thing no one tells you: great AI output requires great input. That means clarity. Intentionality. Conscious prompting. AKA the same muscles we use in relationships, parenting, business… life.
From Artist to Architect
The rise of AI is shifting how we think—from “doing it all ourselves” to building systems that support our genius.
We’re moving from artist to architect. From hustler to visionary.
And as mothers and CEOs, that shift is gold.
When used well, AI isn’t about cold efficiency. It’s about reclaiming our time, amplifying our essence, and thinking strategically—without losing our heart.
Yes, I Use AI in My Business and My Home
No, I don’t outsource my parenting to ChatGPT. But I do use AI to help me:
Decode behavioral patterns with my kids
Streamline decision fatigue at home
Plan content, write emails, and run backend systems in my biz
Think critically about how and why I do what I do
And I’ll be honest—AI has made me a more conscious communicator and a more thoughtful leader. It’s not replacing my brain—it’s training it to think in new, expansive ways.
We Need to Stay Awake
Like any powerful tool, AI can be used with consciousness or carelessness.
It’s not about blind adoption or blanket rejection—it’s about curiosity. Discernment. Integrity. The willingness to ask hard questions and experiment bravely.
When I think of AI, I don’t just see wires and code—I think of mycelial networks. Ancient intelligence. A web of connection and pattern recognition that mirrors what we see under the forest floor.
It’s not all dystopia and doom. It’s also possibility, potential, and presence—if we choose to use it wisely.
